BACOLOD City – Police recovered a tricycle with 23 charcoal sacks from a reckless driver in Barangay Bunog, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Rey Montealto of Barangay Patag, Silay City was driving recklessly, a police report showed.
Traffic investigator Police Officer 2 Augusto Abao tried to stop Montealto but the latter continued driving fast.
The police chased him but Montealto escaped, leaving his tricycle behind./PN
