BACOLOD City – Charged with reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and multiple physical injuries, a man was nabbed in Barangay Balingasag, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Alex Importa, 57, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:45 a.m. on June 9, police said.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Aireen Bonghanoy of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities in Bago City dated June 8, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Bago City police station.
The court recommended a P60,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
