BACOLOD City – For the charge of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide, the Municipal Trial Court in Cities in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental ordered the arrest of a 23-year-old suspect.
Raymar Gallego, a resident of the city’s Barangay Daga, was served with an arrest warrant around 12:10 p.m. on June 21, police said.
Judge Joanne Frances Nifras recommended a P30,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of Gallego who was detained at the police station./PN
