ILOILO City – Charged with reckless imprudence resulting to homicide, a 33-year-old resident of Barangay Balatucan, Panitan, Capiz was arrested.
Allan dela Torre was also accused of violating the Land Transportation and Traffic Code, a police report showed.
Officers from police stations in Pontevedra and President Roxas towns served him a warrant of arrest at around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday in Barangay Cubay, President Roxas.
The Pontevedra police took him in custody.
The bail bond for his temporary liberty was set at P30,000./PN
