BACOLOD City – A pro-Duterte group will lead the launch of a “revolutionary government” at the Pavillon Hotel in the city on Nov. 30.

The launch will be held simultaneously nationwide and in other countries where there are Filipinos, said Edsel Vaflor, secretary of the RevGov-VI Convenors, in a news conference yesterday.

RevGo-VI Convenors is an alliance of the Rebulosyonaryong Alyansang Makabayan and the Guardians Brotherhood Federal, Inc.

The event is spearheaded by the Manila-based Mula sa Masa Du30 Movement, Inc., which assigned the RevGov-VI Convenors to organize the launch in this capital city, according to Vaflor.

RevGov-VI Convenors chairman Ricardo Noble Sr, a retired police officer, said the affair is a show of their support for President Rodrigo Duterte.

The launch, he added, is also a way to fast-track “change,” which has been the highlight of Duterte’s election campaign in 2016.

Since pagpalagyo ni Marcos (former president Ferdinand Marcos), nag-expect kami may pagbag-o na. Nagbalik ang demokrasya pero gin-abusaran sang Pilipino. Nanago sila sa demokrasya. Ang tanan nga magnanakaw nga ara sa gobyerno nag-enjoy sang demokrasya nga ini,” Noble said.

Noble believes that a “revolutionary government” will eliminate corruption in the country.

“Because of democracy, there are so many hindrances in implementing the projects of the President,” added Noble, who stressed that their initiatives are for the future generation.

He also explained that the “revolutionary government” they want is not the one that is “bloody” but the one that will fight all forms of criminalities.

Vaflor said their group has already 30,000 members./PN
