ILOILO City – On his way to work, a 27-year-old resident of Barangay Rizal Pala-pala, City Proper was mugged.
Nicko Mendoza told Police Station 1 he had a confrontation with Rodper Zerrudo around 10:30 a.m. on Oct 29.
Zerrudo hit him on the eye then fled, Mendoza said.
But this was not all, the complainant told the police. Zerrudo also took away his knapsack, he claimed.
His knapsack contained an umbrella, a pair of sunglass and an automated teller machine card, said Mendoza.
With the help of a barangay tanod, Mendoza found his knapsack in Zerrudo’s house but it was already devoid of contents, the complainant told the police./PN
