ILOILO City – He was driving his motorcycle in Barangay Cuartero, Jaro district when he figured in an accident.
The 31-year-old Albert Magbanua died of head injuries after he fell off from his motorcycle around 3:50 a.m. on Sept. 13, a police report showed.
Magbanua – resident of Barangay Damo-ong, Janiuay, Iloilo – was driving drunk.
He was brought to the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district where he was declared “dead on arrival.”
