BACOLOD City – At least eight armed men robbed a jewelry store inside a mall in Barangay Singcang-Airport.
Police investigators said the unidentified robbers entered the Haoling Jewelry Store around 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday.
They used hammers to break the glass display cases and managed to cart away an undetermined amount of jewelry, the investigators added.
According to some witnesses, the thieves were wearing jackets and armed with firearms.
No one was injured in the robbery./PN
