ILOILO City – A robbery suspect who trespassed a cock farm in Barangay Vista Alegre, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo was hit on the head by the caretaker and died.
Adam Buco entered the Tupaz family cock farm around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Chief Inspector Elmer Magbanua, Barotac Viejo police chief.
The alert farm caretaker, Joey Salvadico, hit Buco on the head but the police did not specify what the farmhand used.
Magbanua said Buco may have intended to steal fighting cocks from the farm.
