BACOLOD City – Rico Jimena has been wanted for a murder charge.
Police arrested the 34-year-old in his house in Barangay Malubon, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Jimena was then hauled to the detention facility of the Sagay City police station.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 2, a police report showed.
Judge Raymund Joseph Javier of the Regional Trial Court Branch 60 issued the warrant on April 5, 2011 yet. He did not set a bail bond./PN
