ILOILO City – Who stabbed a construction worker at the Ivisan National High School and why?
The police have yet to find out.
Elmor Palomado, a resident of Passi City, died at around 10:47 p.m. on Nov. 23, a police report showed.
That night, a power interruption occurred at their quarters at around 10 o’clock.
Palomado went to check the cause. A few minutes later, he shouted that he was stabbed, police said, citing witness accounts.
The construction worker was taken to the Capiz Emmanuel Hospital in Roxas City where he expired./PN
