BACOLOD City – A security guard at a milling company in Hacienda Florencia, Barangay 18-A, Victorias City, Negros Occidental was shot to death by an unidentified assailant.
Francis Legada, 23, of Barangay 1-A, Manapla, Negros Occidental was on duty around 7:35 p.m. on July 3 when attacked.
According to the police, the victim’s issued service firearm – 12-gauge shotgun – with eight live ammunition and a cellular phone were missing.
Recovered from the crime scene were two fired cartridge cases of a .45-caliber pistol./PN
