BACOLOD City – Facing two counts of rape, a senior citizen was arrested in Barangay Inolingan, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
The 64-year-old resident Alberto Mahinay was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:30 p.m. on March 10, police said.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Moises Padilla police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
