ILOILO City – In Barangay Agbanog, Pontevedra, Capiz, a resident had been charged with serious physical injury.
Ruel Pikitpikit, 41, was arrested and detained at the municipal police station at around 5.p.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Henry Avelino.
Judge Avelino set the bail bond at P10,000./PN
