ILOILO City – A laborer was caught in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Bayuyan, Estancia, Iloilo.
He was 39-year-old resident James Oro, a police report showed.
Four sachets of suspected shabu and P500 marked money were seized from Oro’s possession, it added.
Officers of the Estancia police station staged the entrapment operation, which led to the apprehension of the suspect around 8:50 p.m. on Nov. 23.
Oro was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
