ILOILO City – A ship maintenance crew drowned in Barangay Jalandoni, Lapuz, initial police investigation showed.
He was the 54-year-old Rolando Gemudianom of Barangay Sinapsapan, Jordan, Guimaras, police said.
Gemudianom fell off the Catcher 2 ship around 4:20 a.m. on Wednesday, added the cops.
Emergency responders tried to rescue Gemudianom but failed.
Foul play has yet to be ruled out in Gemudianom’s death. Investigation was ongoing./PN
