BACOLOD City – Police were looking into a shooting incident in Barangay 2.
Whatever prompted two motorcycle-riding shooters to fire at a group of people remain a mystery to the police as of press time.
No one was reported hit.
The 38-year-old Erlyn Dayrit of Barangay 2 told Police Station 2 that she was walking with her friends when they were attacked. The shooters sped away thereafter.
Police have yet to identify the shooters and their motive.
Two fired cartridges of a .45-caliber pistol were recovered from the area./PN
