ILOILO City – For illegal possession of firearm, a laborer was arrested in Barangay Nipa, Concepcion, Iloilo.
Samson Narciso, resident of Barangay Nipa, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5:40 a.m. on May 12, a police report showed.
A 12-gauge shotgun was recovered from his possession, police said.
Narciso was detained in the lockup cell of the Concepcion police station.
He was charged for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
