ILOILO City – A 27-year-old woman was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Progreso, Lapuz district.
Madel Demetillo of Jalandoni Estate, Lapuz sold two sachets of suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P8,100, police said.
The suspect was taken to the La Paz police station around 3:45 p.m. on June 2.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against her./PN
