ILOILO City – A man allegedly attempted to kill his friend in Barangay San Juan, Molo district on Oct. 7.
As this was being written, suspect Bryan Carl Talamera remained at large.
According to the police, Talamera shot his friend Judge Saraza around 9:30 p.m.
