BACOLOD City – He was listed as the most wanted person at the police station of Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
The 36-year-old Mark Fernandez was arrested in his residence on Thursday, a police report showed.
Fernandez was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to illegal drug charges he faces, the report added.
He was detained in the custodial facility of Talisay City’s Bureau of Jail and Management and Penology./PN
