ILOILO City – A teacher died. His motorcycle crashed against a truck in Barangay Bacauan, Miag-ao, Iloilo.
The 55-year-old Ronnie Gaudel was a resident of Barangay Damilisan, Miag-ao.
Around 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 9, police said, Gaudel overtook a tricycle but failed to quickly return to his lane. He hit the truck running in the opposite direction.
Truck driver Julian Berdin, 40, of Talisay City, Negros Occidental, said he tried to stay clear of the approaching motorcycle.
Gaudel died of severe head and body injuries./PN
