BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man facing robbery and theft charges in Barangay Poblacion, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
The 22-year-old resident Richard Obando Jr. was caught around 12:30 p.m. on March 24, a police report showed.
Obando’s apprehension was staged on the strength of arrest warrants issued by Judge Frances Guanzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 62 in Bago City and Judge Aireen Bonghanoy of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities in Bago City.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Bago City police station.
The two courts recommended bail bond worth P48,000 and P6,000, respectively for Obando’s temporary liberty./PN
