ILOILO City – A man was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.
The 43-year-old resident Joe Sebugan is facing theft charges, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6:30 a.m. yesterday.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the municipal police station.
A P6,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty.
It was unclear, as of this writing, if Sebugan posted bail./PN
