BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man facing theft charges in Barangay Zone 14-B, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
The 38-year-old resident Elmer Romano was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on May 5.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Talisay City police station.
The court recommended a P12,000 bail bond for Romano’s temporary liberty./PN
