ILOILO City – A 37-year-old woman has turned herself in to the police.
Richelle Garote of Barangay Alegre, Oton, Iloilo has been wanted for theft charges, a police report showed.
She was detained in the lockup cell of the Oton police station.
The suspect went to the police station when she learned that a warrant of arrest has been issued against her, the report added.
The court recommended a P6,000 bail bond for her temporary liberty.
It was not immediately clear as of this writing if the suspect has posted bail./PN
