ILOILO City – Two men and a woman were arrested in a buy-bust operation around 11 p.m. on Monday, May 13, in Barangay Rizal Pala-Pala 1, City Proper district.
The following were taken to the Iloilo City Police Station 1 (ICPS1): 30-year-old Zoren Gamas, 50-year-old Salvador Gamas, and 60-year-old Fe Angeles, all residents of the aforementioned village.
Officers of the ICPS1 Drug Enforcement Team caught the suspects after they sold a plastic sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer for P13,000.
Police confiscated a total of 67 grams of suspected shabu valued at approximately P455,600.
The suspects are facing a charge for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)./PN
