ILOILO – A man was found dead in Barangay Barosong, Tigbauan, Iloilo, around 7 a.m. yesterday.
Raymond Tangle, 30, of the said barangay, was believed to be a victim of accidental electrocution.
He was last seen alive leaving his house around 6 p.m. on Aug. 28 to fetch his grazing carabao.
The Tigbauan municipal police found burn marks on Tangle’s neck.
The police encountered difficulties reaching the incident site due to elevated water levels from heavy rains.
Tigbauan Emergency Responders and Iloilo Electric Cooperative personnel were also dispatched to assist./PN
