BY DOMINIQUE GABRIEL BAÑAGA

BACOLOD City – Mayor Richard Jaojoco of Toboso, Negros Occidental offered a P20,000 cash reward to whoever could the identify the two motorcycle riders who displayed lewd placards while passing through the adjacent town of Don Salvador Benedicto (DSB) last week.

Jaojoco talked to Mayor Marxlen Dela Cruz of DSB and the latter promised to help hunt the suspects.

Dela Cruz also warned riders entering the mountain town that lewd incidents and dangerous stunts will not be tolerated.

“We allow you to enjoy our humble place but not to the extent of mounting lewd acts,” the mayor said.

The SIKYA Gangz, the Facebook page responsible for the post, had since issued an apology, saying they “did not intend to insult any person or place.”

Jaojoco said the SIKYA Gangz claimed they do not know who the riders were but they were based in Toboso.

The mayor said he asked the help of the Toboso police to run after the riders./PN
