ILOILO City – In Sibalom, Antique the police arrested a tricycle driver charged with qualified theft.
From his house on Fenete Street, Barangay District 3, Sibalom the 20-year-old John Mark Pelingon was taken to the municipal police station around 10:15 a.m. yesterday.
The court set the suspect’s bail bond at P42,000.
As of this writing, it was unclear if Pelingon was able to secure his temporary liberty./PN
