ILOILO City – A tricycle driver was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Sambag, Jaro district.
Thirty-year-old Federico Solomon of Barangay San Isidro, Jaro initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer for P1,100, a police report showed.
Two more sachets were recovered from his possession around 7:20 p.m. on Aug. 1, it added.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 would be filed against the suspect who was detained at the Jaro police station./PN
