ILOILO – In Barangay Namocon, Tigbauan town a truck transporting sand and gravel was impounded.
Policemen of Tigbauan said truck driver Ronnie Ballaran failed to show pertinent documents such as a permit to quarry.
The truck was stopped by cops at a checkpoint along the highway in Barangay Namocon.
Ballaran was taken to the Tigbauan police station./PN
