ILOILO City – A 42-year-old man faces an unjust vexation charge, a police report showed.
Oliver Aguirre, identified in the police report as an agrarian reform officer, was accused of trying to grab the genitals and touching the stomach of a 20-year-old male student.
Martin Joseph Caling reported to the police that the incident happened while they were at the comfort room of Robinsons Jaro mall on E. Lopez Street, Jaro district at around 5:40 p.m. on March 14.
Caling claimed that, while he was urinating, Aguirre approached him and stared at his body. The student alleged that Aguirre tried to grab his genitals and touched his stomach, the police report stated.
Caling placed Aguirre under citizen arrest and turned him over to the Jaro police station with the help of officers on patrol.
Aguirre was hauled to the custodial facility of the Jaro police station./PN
