BACOLOD City – Police arrested a drunken man for possessing an unlicensed gun in Barangay Mansilingan.
He was identified as 34-year-old Alan Planilla of Barangay Vista Alegre, a police report showed.
According to police investigation, Planilla started a commotion around 10 p.m. on Oct. 6.
Police officers seized an improvised firearm and a shell of a 12-gauge shotgun from Planilla.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of Police Station 7./PN
