BACOLOD City – In Barangay Sag-ang, La Castellana, Negros Occidental, a man was shot dead.
The 28-year-old resident Christian Jade Hernandez died of a gunshot wound on the chest, a police report showed.
An unidentified suspect shot Hernandez around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, the report added.
An empty shell of unknown firearm was recovered from the crime scene. Police also seized a knife from Hernandez.
Officers of the La Castellana municipal police station have yet to identify the suspect and the motive in the shooting./PN
