BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Granada was arrested by the police for allegedly creating alarm and scandal.
The 25-year-old Julius Medel was drunk and walking around without bottom garments, exposing his sex organ on Tuesday.
He was being unruly, too, Police Station 5 officers said.
Responding police officers asked him to be calm, but he refused, so they arrested him.
Police filed the charges against Medel at the City Prosecutor’s Office./PN
