ILOILO City – Facing frustrated homicide charges, a man was arrested in Barangay Pakiad, Oton, Iloilo.
Jayross Osuyos, 28, was a resident of Barangay Atabay, Tobias Fornier, Antique.
He was caught around 1:30 p.m. on July 31.
Osuyos was taken to the Oton police station.
A P24,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
