ILOILO City – A man charged with sexual abuse and rape turned himself in to the police yesterday.
Thirty-year-old Ivan Vista of Barangay Buhang, Jaro district surrendered to the Jaro police station around 11 a.m. He was detained there.
No bail bond was recommended for Vista’s temporary liberty./PN
