BACOLOD City – Two motorcycle-riding gunmen shot a woman in Barangay 8.
The 29-year-old Medelyn Benignos had multiple gunshot wounds on the head. She died on the spot.
Police reports revealed the shooting happened around 7:15 p.m. on Feb. 20.
Benignos, a resident of Barangay 2, was riding a tricycle on her way home when attacked.
As of this writing, officers of Police Station 2 remained clueless of the suspects’ identity.
They have yet to determine the motive in the killing as well./PN
