BACOLOD City – A 37-year-old woman was arrested on Saturday for estafa in Barangay 12.
Police Station 1 identified the woman as Grazel Carian, a resident of Barangay 16.
A warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Fernando Elumba of the Regional Trial Court Branch 42.
The court recommended a P30,000 bail for Carian’s temporary liberty./PN
