BACOLOD City – In Barangay 1, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, a woman charged with “qualified trafficking in person” was served with an arrest warrant at about 2:15 p.m. on April 4.
Ma. Pilar Dela Cerna, 44, was a resident of Barangay II, La Carlota City. She was brought to the city police station.
Judge Maritess Gumahin of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 51 issued Dela Cerna’s warrant of arrest on July 23, 2020 with no bail recommended./PN
