ILOILO City – In Barangay Tanza Sur, Panay, Capiz a 32-year-old woman was caught with two sachets of shabu.
Swanie Dela Cruz initially sold a sachet for P200 to a buyer that turned out to be a police officer.
One more sachet was recovered from her after the arrest.
The police of Panay carried out the buy-bust operation on Nov. 18 around 1 p.m.
Dela Cruz was detained at the Panay police station. The police were charging her with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
