WITH all that she has been through, Carla Abellana is stronger than ever. But would she have it any other — or easier — way?
In an interview on “Luis Listens,” Luis Manzano asked the Kapuso actress whether she would want to return to the past and change her previous choices.
“Parang hindi eh,” she answered. “In a way ‘pag sinabi mong gusto mong bumalik dun and baguhin or what, parang tuloy hindi ka pa nakakabitaw from your past or whatever that moment is.”
“Wala naman akong babalikan para palitan or ibahin. Wala naman,” she added.
For Carla, the past led her to the point where she is now.
“Whatever happened, meant to be ‘yun,” she said.
“Lahat parang orchestrated. It’s just a matter of how you live out those moments, how you react to those moments,” the actress added.
In the same interview, Carla shared the biggest lessons she learned from the past year which are “we will really never know ano ‘yung mangyayari,” and that “you have only yourself to help you.”
“We may make plans or we see everything — nandito tayo sa mundo, tayo nag-aasikaso lahat, but sometimes life just hits you.”
“Parang ganun na hindi mo talaga alam what’s going to happen tomorrow. What you have is just today,” she said.
Carla also said that despite how things are planned out and organized, “there are times na unpredictable talaga ang buhay.”(GMA Integrated News)
