CAPIZ – Western Visayas’ No. 9 most wanted person was arrested in Poblacion Proper, Tapaz town.
Alias “Toto”, a 50-year-old farmer, was nabbed through the strength of an arrest warrant for murder served by joint operatives of the Mambusao Municipal Police Station (MPS), Capiz Police Provincial Office’s Intelligence Unit and Sigma MPS around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 17.
Hon. Rommel Lacson Leonor, presiding judge of the Regional Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region, Branch 21 in Mambusao, recommended no bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
The suspect was detained at the Mambusao MPS.
