MANILA – Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso is successful in his comeback bid, dominating the mayoral race in Manila City in the just-concluded 2025 midterm elections.
Domagoso emerged on top in the partial and unofficial count released by the Commission on Elections (Comelec), defeating outgoing mayor Honey Lacuna angan and Sam Verzosa.
