ILOILO City – Two masked men barged into a grocery store in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Zarraga, Iloilo.
Initial reports showed P50,000 worth of cigarettes, P3,500 worth of milk and cash amounting to P3,000 went missing.
The robbery was discovered around 6 a.m. yesterday by the store owner, Juvy Ann Sindol-Lara.
Based on the closed-circuit television footage, the suspects entered the store around 2 a.m. by destroying the padlock of the rollup door.
The suspects reportedly fled using a tricycle.
Their identities remained unclear, police said./PN
