ILOILO City – The No. 7 wanted person in Carles, Iloilo was arrested in the town’s Barangay Asluman yesterday.
Sixty-nine-year-old Pabio Magallanes was charged with rape with no bail recommended, a police report showed.
From his house, the suspect was taken to the Carles police station around 9:30 a.m./PN
