‘Pushers’ fall in Molo; P50-K ‘shabu’ seized

ILOILO City – Police arrested two suspected drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Barangay North Baluarte, Molo district.

They were residents Vergilio Hilario, 47, and Janny Palomar, 21, a police report showed.

Prior to their arrest, the suspects allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P1,000.

Twenty-two more sachets of suspected illegal drugs were confiscated during their arrest around 10:35 a.m. on Sept. 9, police said.

Detained in the lockup cell of the Molo police station, Hilario and Palomaface charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
