ILOILO City – What appeared to be a random act of violence caused a resident of San Jose, Antique a swollen lip.
The 32-year-old Jovannie Esperas was hanging out with a friend on the roadside in Barangay Poblacion, San Jose on Monday night when a person punched him, a police report showed.
Esperas told the police he was unable to identify his attacker.
The attacker hurriedly fled after the incident. Then Esperas reported to the municipal police station. (Panay Balita/PN)
