BACOLOD City – Ten persons were apprehended in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental for illegal gambling, a police report showed.
They were the 47-year-old Jose Bingno, 35-year-old Marvin Emberga, 23-year-old Noel Badian, 57-year-old Jerry Amado, 57-year-old Hitchel Moy, June Lapag, 48, Joel Linao, 44, Loreto Jison, 36, Allan Cristales, 55, and Ricardo Villa, 49 – all residents of Silay City.
Officers from the Silay City police station caught them around 11 p.m. on Saturday playing the game “domino.”
Recovered from them were domino tablets and P920 gambling money, police said.
They were detained at the Silay City police station custodial facility./PN
